Animal Flow: is a 100% bodyweight movement practise which uses your own body as resistance and helps to develop functional strength. This strength is applicable to daily activities and enhance your overall fitness.

Develop functional strength by engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously, strengthening the upper body, lower body, and core muscles, improving overall physical fitness.

Enhance body awareness and proprioception, which is the ability to sense the position and movement of one’s body in space. This can be particularly beneficial for injury prevention and improved movement efficiency

Joint specific training or mobility training can lead to a reduction of pain and injury while increasing joint health and longevity, as well as an improved ability to move freely and easily.

Using the Functional Range Conditioning or (FRC)® approach is a scientific and precise method of increasing strength and mobility. Training with FRC® improves the function of your nervous system. Welcome to my 1-2-1 coaching program, where I'm dedicated to helping you achieve peak fitness, master the art of functional breathing, bodyweight movement and functional mobility in a personalised and transformative way. As your coach I will provide 1-2-1 attention, tailoring each session to your specific needs, goals, and skill level.
You may only be interested in improving sleep quality or reducing anxiety, it might be increasing sports performance. Functional breathing can help with all of these. You might only be looking to work on some specific mobility drills to help achieve in a higher athletic performance. The benefits from a personalised training plan is that it gradually challenges and advances you towards your goals, whatever that is?

Breathe-Move-Mobilise is my 1-2-1 coaching program that has all three pillars of functional breathing, functional movement and functional mobility. It’s not just a fitness regimen; it’s a lifestyle that empowers you to take charge of your well-being. It offers a holistic, integrated approach to health, wellness and fitness emphasising the unity of these three pillars in achieving your goals.

The Oxygen Advantage®  breathing method and training program was developed by Patrick McKeown, a renowned expert in the field of breathing and respiratory health. This approach is designed to optimize breathing patterns for improved overall health, fitness, and athletic performance.  Many people have developed inefficient and shallow breathing habits due to various factors, such as stress, sedentary lifestyles, and environmental factors. By retraining the way we breathe, the program aims to harness the body’s oxygen utilisation more effectively.

Animal Flow is a fitness and movement discipline that incorporates ground-based, bodyweight exercises inspired by the movements of animals. Developed by fitness expert Mike Fitch, Animal Flow is designed to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and overall body awareness. A creative and functional approach to fitness.

Functional Range Conditioning (FRC)® is a comprehensive system of mobility training and joint health that focuses on improving the function, mobility, and strength of individual joints in the body. It was developed by Dr. Andreo Spina, a chiropractor and movement specialist. FRC is based on scientific principles and is used to enhance flexibility, joint control, and overall movement quality. 

I’m currently taking in 1-2-1 clients face to face and online. I’m running small group classes and 1-2-1 sessions from a studio based in Gainsborough Lincolnshire. I run classes in Animal Flow which are in person and online and a Breath-Mobility in person class.

Usually a 4-6 week period is a good place to begin to build good breathing habits, stability and strength. Learning a new skill or movement takes some time for the body to create those adaptations.
